Paul Clark graduated with honors from the University of Texas in 1974 with a BA in Political Science. He then went on to graduate from SMU Law School in 1977. He practiced law in Dallas for four years before returning to Wichita Falls to pursue the oil industry. He is owner and president of Clark Operating, Inc. He is married to Libby Bolin Clark. Together they have three children (all of whom have graduated from the University of Texas), and 6 grandchildren. Paul Clark has been involved with almost every aspect of commercial real estate. He is one of the general partners in many joint ventures and partnerships including The Pavilion, Galaxy Center, Parkway Plaza Shopping Center, Southwest Plaza, Kemp Strip Center, Goodyear Building, and the Eyemart Express Building, Crescent Village Apartments, Crescent Plaza Apartments, and many more. As part of the Schaaf & Clark team, Paul has played a vital role in bringing many new businesses to the Wichita Falls area.
Jan Schaaf grew up in Wichita Falls, graduated from Wichita Falls High School and attended Trinity University. She earned her real estate license in 1985 and her Broker's license in 1989. In April 2000, she and two partners opened Domain Real Estate Services where she is the Principal Broker. In 2001 Jan was named Wichita Falls Realtor of the year and served as 2005 President of the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors. In December 2015, Jan was recognized for her service to the real estate community for the past 30 years with the Silver Service Award. Howard attended Texas Christian University and then graduated from University of Texas Arlington with a degree in Engineering. Afterwards he moved back to Wichita Falls where he owned his own construction business for many years before getting into real estate. Howard has served on many occasions with the Wichita Falls Board of Realtors and is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award and Realtor of the Year.

Ken Nelson, a Realtor, educator and musician in the Wichita Falls area for the past 25 years is a fixture of our North Texas Community.
