Merredith is a native of Wichita Falls. She graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Business Management. While pursuing her degree, she worked for a local real estate brokerage, where she became very familiar with the real estate business. Merredith received her real estate license in 2006.

Merredith places her client's needs and priorities first in all situations. She has 17 years of experience in the real estate business and knows how to close a deal successfully. Merredith’s high level of integrity and expertise make her a perfect choice when looking to buy or sell a home.

Merredith’s husband, Dustin, is a firefighter with the Wichita Falls Fire Department. They have one adorable daughter, Reagan. Merredith loves spending her “downtime” with her family and bicycling with her husband. They have faced the challenge of riding in the HHH bicycle race the past few years and are looking forward to Reagan joining in the fun soon.
