Tacy grew up in Mendon, Utah. At age 12, she began working in her family’s grocery stores and learned the value of hard work at a young age. She worked through high school and into college, attending Utah State University. After a few months of marriage, she moved to Wichita Falls with her husband, Charlie. Tacy graduated with an accounting degree from Midwestern State University. She enjoys running marathons and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandson Beckham.
