I have a passion for sales and marketing, which has been my career all my adult life. I’ve always enjoyed my work but never realized how much I could love it until now. I am so thankful I was given the opportunity to become a realtor and join my sister, Vivian Kirkpatrick, with The Kirkpatrick Team at Domain Real Estate. After a brief stint in both Arkansas and the Metroplex, Lauren returned to Wichita Falls in April of 2002, where she worked for her family’s sporting goods business until she earned her Real Estate License in April 2017.

In 2005, within one year of going out on her own as an agent, LaDonna was chosen by her peers through the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors as “Rising Star of the Year.” Despite her numerous accolades from peers and professional associations, LaDonna appreciates and values this award the most. That same year LaDonna made it into Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society. Within a mere two years, her hard work and high sales launched her to the Coldwell Banker Multi-Million Dollar Producer status, a category in which she has remained since 2006.

From 2007 through 2009, LaDonna was recognized in the International President’s Circle. In 2008 she again reached Top Producer status. LaDonna’s faith, positive energy, hard work, and genuine dedication to her clients’ needs are represented in her high sales and consistent status as one of the top REALTORS® in Wichita Falls.

LaDonna has served as Director on the Board of Wichita Falls Association of REALTORS® since 2006. She also recognizes the importance of service to her community.

As an animal lover, LaDonna served as a board member of the Wichita County Humane Society from 2008-2012 and as President from 2010-2012.

LaDonna and her husband are parents of two young men who are both married with children. She is an avid runner and enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves spending time with her family - especially her grandbabies!
