Courtney Waggoner
Courtney is a proud fourth-generation Wichitan. She is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School and Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia. In her life, she has been fortunate enough to have resided in Dallas, London, the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, and for 15 wonderful years, Houston, Texas.
While busily raising her growing family in Houston, Courtney still found time to volunteer for a variety of charitable organizations through the Junior League of Houston, as well as volunteering at her children’s various schools. She also founded and managed a successful company, Ms. Computer Tutor, which specialized in training residential clients in computer and networking issues. As wonderful as those cities and experiences were, she never truly felt Houston was the end of the line. So, in 2008 Courtney, her husband Todd (also a native Wichitan), and their three children: Drew, Richard, and Lily, moved “home” to Wichita Falls. Since returning, she has guided her children off to college and beyond and has assisted her husband in building a successful business. Courtney has been deeply embedded in the civic life of Wichita Falls and has been a volunteer or a board member of various organizations, including Hospice of Wichita Falls, Christian Counseling Ministries, the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra, Backdoor Theatre, and the WFHS Parent Teacher Student Organization. She firmly believes that her strong communication skills and a desire for a personal connection with everyone involved in the local real estate market make her a great choice for selling or finding your next home.
