Paul Clark graduated with honors from the University of Texas in 1974 with a BA in Political Science. He then went on to graduate from SMU Law School in 1977. He practiced law in Dallas for four years before returning to Wichita Falls to pursue the oil industry.

He is the owner and president of Clark Operating, Inc. He is married to Libby Bolin Clark. Together they have three children (all of whom have graduated from the University of Texas), and 6 grandchildren. Paul Clark has been involved with almost every aspect of commercial real estate. He is one of the general partners in many joint ventures and partnerships, including The Pavilion, Galaxy Center, Parkway Plaza Shopping Center, Southwest Plaza, Kemp Strip Center, Goodyear Building, and the Eyemart Express Building Crescent Village Apartments, Crescent Plaza Apartments, and many more. As part of the Schaaf & Clark team, Paul has played a vital role in bringing many new businesses to the Wichita Falls area.
